The telecom operator wanted to increase communication with customers through a platform that would allow surveys to be created and sent to them, while at the same time empowering users to report any issues or concerns. They also wanted their employees to be able to reply to reported issues in real-time using a web portal, as well as that all information be securely aggregated to a central place for analysis. The operator also wanted to have an SDK to be incorporated within their existing mobile apps along with sample native applications within the SDK.
