Accessibility Plan & Policy

1. Overview

This ten-year global accessibility plan (2019 – 2028) outlines the policies and actions that mobileLIVE will put in place to improve opportunities and remove barriers for people with disabilities around the world.

2. Statement of Commitment

mobileLIVE is committed to treating every individual with respect, dignity and independence. We believe in equal opportunity and inclusion, and we strive to ensure that our products, services, and facilities are accessible to all, regardless of ability or location.

3. Scope & Standards

To meet global accessibility requirements, mobileLIVE will:

  • Adhere to internationally recognized guidelines, including WCAG 2.1 Level AA, EN 301 549 (EU), ADA Title III (USA), and ISO 30071-1 (International).
  • Comply with local accessibility legislation and regulations in every market where we operate.
  • Continuously monitor updates to these standards and integrate best practices into our processes.

4. Key Initiatives

  • Accessible Emergency Information
We will provide publicly available emergency and safety information in accessible formats (e.g., large print, braille, audio) upon request, through our global support channels.
  • Accessible Formats & Communication Support
Upon request, we will offer materials in alternate formats and provide assistive technology solutions to ensure effective communication for all users.
  • Website & Digital Accessibility
Our websites and digital platforms are designed, developed, and tested to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements, including keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, captions, transcripts, and adjustable text sizing.
  • Training & Awareness
All mobileLIVE employees and contractors receive regular accessibility training covering inclusive design principles, assistive technologies and accessible communication.
  • Procurement & Partnerships
We include accessibility criteria in our vendor and partner selection processes, ensuring that third-party products and services meet our global accessibility standards.

5. Governance & Review

Our Global Accessibility Committee oversees the implementation of this plan, conducts regular audits and user testing, and reports progress to the executive leadership team. We will formally review and update this plan at least twice a year to reflect evolving standards and user needs.

6. Measuring Success

We track key performance indicators such as audit compliance rates, user satisfaction scores, and the number of accessibility-related support requests to gauge our progress and drive continuous improvement.
